The room is good, maintenance is good but service is slow and also breakfast is not buffet, it’s just that they serve what they want to serve you and very less options, food ordered to room was below average, there is no vehicle parking for cars, it’s good as a budget friendly hotel considering other expensive hotels in vijayawada.

Rooms were not that spacious as they claim, the breakfast has also repeated menu and if you are staying for more then one day then you are going to get bored if opted for free breakfast. The property view of mountain is good but if you are health freak and want to do yoga etc, they don't have any space for same. I have booked it for business purposes and was there for 2 days and found it just average

A hotel with potential that is unfulfilled. Staff are, on the whole, brusque and some are downright rude. No smiles, no thank you’s, surly, almost angry - there was one obvious exception, but this is about the majority. Big disappointment was finding cleaning staff sitting (one on the chair and another on the bed) having a chat when they were meant to be cleaning the room - they were clearly surprised to see my face! i booked a deluxe room. It was on the small side but adequate and comfortable - no real room to sit, tv was not recharged, bed was comfortable, window was almost nonexistent. The pricing was good and makes it an attractive stay. In three nights my room was cleaned once (see earlier) and then only when i requested it.

The hotel is good but the rooms are very small. They didn't even clean the room in 4 days of stay until i forcefully called them.

False descriptions and false amenities mentioned and money waste

Nothing available as promised. 1. I searched for bath tub and this showed up in options and even in room amenities it was mentioned that they have a bathtub and there was not even a shower room available in any of the suites. 2. Breakfast included is the option mentioned but for the money they charged and the stay we had it is not worth the money and they gave us just idle up-ma and medium pesarette with a worst attitude of the serving staff manager. It was not buffet and no other cuisines available.

The hotel was very conjusted to stay and room are very bad they looks like the old one. Food was too bad even can't able to eat but the prices are very high.

The worst room i have experienced till date. Not worth for money. And there are sounds in the lobby. Plss don't go there they don't care about the customers sleep.

Always a pleasure to stay at Eden Park. This is my 5th time herr. Especially the staff, they go out of their way to serve the customers. The Cafe is an added bonus. Do t forget to try your breakfast...overall great experience for the money you pay :)

Very good rooms and i had an excellent stay i recommend this to everyone this is the best hotel in this area and i really loved it the food is also awesome and the service was really great
