The staff was helpful. Rooms were decent. The place is not currently wheelchair-friendly, but the staff helped carry my dad’s wheelchair. It was a little scary, but i appreciate their effort.

Overpriced, not like a resort property

This is the first time experience of booking the property so their is huge gap between the reel and reality, view of the property and the experience of the property is highly mismatched, not worthy of the price at which they are charging from the customer's. The team should have some standards to rate the property in the right manner. The property is not up to the mark, services are poor, no feel of the resort, tent was average, no fresh towels, room service too slow, intercom not working. The ambience was totally pathetic, no view from the property. The location is far away from the sariska safari reserve area. it should not be called a resort actually)

The property is very far from sariska and the cleanliness is not upto the mark, there was no hot water etc.

The property is good. Specially the tents and cottages. However, the service staff is unorganised and mismanaged.

Nice place to stay with family. Staying in a family cottage is a nice experience. Food is very tasty and the staff is quite cooperative. The only drawback is the kids play area wherein the activities provided there are not well maintained. This place is quite far from the main city, one hour drive to reach the sariska tiger reserve.

The food was fresh and tasty, i loved the gestures and proactiveness of the staff at the resort, also they upgraded our rooms into cottages as per family requirements.

This property is in viraat nagar, approx 5 km or less from bus stand. Property is good as per price, they have multiple lawns, bar, few games (some are paid on hourly basis. Rooms are decent with basic amenities like ac, refrigerator, tv etc. Rooms are clean so are rest rooms. Swimming pool is small with approx 5 ft height and rest room near pool is not clean at all. No tubes or any equipment in swimming pool staff is courteous, helpful and provide great services. Food is good and room services are fast. We stayed on thus n fri oct 2023.

A very good property, specially the open area, parking. Food was very tasty and service in the restaurant is great. The std room shown in mm t was 2 types 169sf and 179sf but it was only one type. Room service need to be improved. Swimming pool is too small and changing room was too dirty. In weekend one have to go early to the pool otherwise people occupy it. I advised the manager for the improvement, hope he will try to do. Staffs were very co-operative.

The property is beautiful and huge. My kid loved running around. They have a kids play area and made baby food as requested. The rooms are huge and spacious. The staff is super polite and well behaved. They need to maintain the property a bit more is what I felt. A few examples of misses - there was no fridge in the room, the food was average, the swimming pool was not clean and there were too many monkeys in the property that it scared us one evening when they started chasing us - we could hardly step out to the balcony due to the monkeys :( On the second day, we ordered a non veg item in the room, we had to wait for around 2 hrs and they sent it when it was almost dinner time.

Swiss tent is worth staying

One night stay in swiss tent was nice experience. Lots of am-la trees near tents. Sariska tiger reserve is approx 30min from this property

In site, cottages were not shown, however we came to know about this after reaching there. I requested for upgrade but they charge rs 1000 per night. In my plan breakfast and lunch or dinner was included, but hotel fellow chose the lower amount ( lunch or dinner. More over in menu many exclusion was there.

We were there for 2 nights. We got luke warm water to bath on first day and on next day it was cold and chilling. My family members and i had a hard time taking bath. The breakfast they served was also average. Their dinner was good and location of the property is also nice. Getting cold water was really a bummer was us and we wouldn’t want to go there again because of it.
