Hotel people denied the booking saying rooms already full and the booking id is not valid and i have to find out the new hotel to stay. Not expected this.

Classic room is not having geyser in room for hot water for bathing, after asking receptionist said that room is not having geyser, on demand we will provide hot water. My stay was for 6 nights and 7 days so i asked for change of towel given for bathing after 2 days of using same towel, they provided or exchanged with toured towel having holes and house keeping maid asked for tip no housekeeping done even when key was kept for housekeeping no water bottle provided in room it was non ac room fitted with ac indoor unit but switch board was not available wash room fittings are not cleaned for hygiene windows are not cleaned for removing dust accumulated restaurant service is closed after corona period tv wall unit was not provided even after complaining as it was removed for repairs and no other tv unit available with maintenance staff as i was on business trip i used to leave room in morning and returning back late night after having dinner outside, since no housekeeping done in room i have had to arrange bed sheet and sleep so hotel is only suitable for needy bachelor

Please don't go anybody to this oyo. It was a terrible stay and the booking cost shown and they have charged 1600 while check out and the staff was rude, please nobody dare to stay in this hotel, please avoid.

They had not even given me room. Saying you have paid directly to make my trip at a discount at this cost we can't give room. I have completed to make-my trip but no response from your end. Also no refund till. Worst experience.

They are charging extra amount irrespective of the booking they say they don't follow the offers given to the customers even though we completely paid before the stay they compelled us to pay extra inorder to check in please look into this issue

I feel I have been cheated. The hotel property does not match with the actual one. As the whole building does not match how the room picture can match with the actual. The room was very basic unlikely the given picture in MMT. Also, several amenities were missing with which had been mentioned in the MMT app. Like the room did not have table-chair, even no bed side table, no intercom. The toilet fittings were broken. Water was running down from flush tank and basin tap. And so the bathroom floor was weight all the time. There was no mat outer side of the bathroom door. Breakfast was very basic and had no variety with delayed service. Staffs were friendly. The bed mattress was good. Also, room was clean. Conclusion it was mistake that I booked this hotel.

Hotel is new built but cleaning is not properly. Breakfast is provided from parceling and not included as North patterned. Toilet is not clean as needed. Overall is not good
