The location is not bad. Rooms are comfortable and well made. Breakfast is varied and scrumptious. Service is top notch. It’s a good hotel.

It was great however room service could have been better. The ac temp was not going below 22 degrees. Even after multiple complaints it was not fixed.

On a booking of 3 adults fairfield vizag refused to admit 3rd member and did only after taking extra 1500 per night, again refused to include my marriott membership because it was booked, asked for all the money to be paid upfront to admit into the room. Very poor experience!

The stay was very comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained and reasonably priced. The service was excellent during check-in, room service and dining. During dining, we had chef debendra who suggested few new dishes for us to try, which really elevated the dining experience. Overall, it was a great experience and we will surely visit again

We had a pleasant stay at fairfield by marriott vizag. The hotel offers a comfortable ambiance with well-appointed rooms and attentive service. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the area. However, we found the food options somewhat lacking. While breakfast had a decent variety, the taste and quality didn't quite meet our expectations. Overall, the hotel excels in comfort and hospitality, but a boost in the culinary department would elevate the experience further. If you’re looking for a cozy stay, this hotel is a great choice; just keep your dining preferences in mind.

Not worth the money. Location is too far from the city. Room ac control was not working properly. Even if i ordered before 11 pm, they refused to serve and told to check late night menu which was expensive.

I was very very happy with the overall experience that the hotel provided. Rooms were very clean and cozy, the cleaning service was pretty good, food options were abundant to say the least. Everyone was very cooperative and made us feel special. A special thanks to say-an and mi-tali for always taking care of everyone’s questions and constantly interacting with people to provide better experience. The hotel really has wonderful staff and big thanks to chef for the palatable dining experience.

Location and amenities are very good. What stands out is food in both, taste and quality aspects. But management in general is lacking. Restaurant management seems independent of front desk. Also front desk personnel needs to be more empowered and should be responsive towards customers requests. I faced denials on every request and the requests were not asking too much. Every time when we had food from restaurant, we were asked to make payments immediately even after requesting to put on the room and will be cleared at the time of check out. In face once the restaurant personnel came to my room at 11pm to collect payment even after speaking with front desk and agreeing to settle payments at check out. It was terrible experience and some what disrespectful.

My stay at marriott was exceptional, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring all my needs were met with professionalism and care. From the elegant rooms to the top-tier amenities, every aspect of the experience exceeded expectations. Great professionalism and hospitality from say-an and pawan. Chef, staff, security- extended support to store few items in the freezer for 3 days. Amazing pool views of the hills and airport plus city view. Comfortable rooms with good in-room dining experience. Overall a 10/10 experience.
