We stopped over at vishakhapatnam en-route from kolkata to bangalore road trip and were thoroughly impressed! clean, cosy, comfortable rooms and secure parking ensured a peaceful night's stay. The pizza was a highlight - absolutely delicious! what stood out, however, was the staff's warmth and flexibility. They kindly provided us with an early morning breakfast (6 am) to accommodate our travel schedule. Highly recommended for road travelers!

Location is good and stay was peaceful. Service was good. Not has food at hotel as came for attending marriage of a friend. So had no chance to taste food.

We have booked 2 premium rooms, but seems given one is premium and one is standard. Service is very bad, everyone expecting tips there

The staff was courteous and service was good. The rooms were also neat and tidy. The overall stay was comfortable too. My only complaint is about the food, though there was a variety in the breakfast buffet, the taste and freshness of the food fell short. Could have been much better.

Hotel room infrastructure in bad shape, front desk support really pathetic and not expecting this kind of service from brand like fortune. I am already share feedback with hotel gm who called me.

It's an average 3star hotel experience with reference to my room concern. No soap, no shaving kit, bath towels are with stains, set top box remote provided but tv remote not available. Poor housekeeping with mild odour. Breakfast is good.
