Me and my wife had good experience in the hotel. Checkin process was smooth we got our room upgraded breakfast taste was great staff were polite well mannered overall great experience

First l shall say about breakfast which can please you. There was 15 type of excellent menu which change per day. As it was bu-fey, we take any items many time of my choice. Location near by sea beach. All foods are delicious. Room was so specious. Behaviour of staff was very good.

Finding a place to stay near to market, to beach and everything. This is the place. Clean rooms and staff are awesome. Complimentary food is also good.

I was expecting the same room which i have selected but it's not looking the same and no hairdryer was there and very uncomfortable to manage in the bathroom and room is so small as i have selected premium one so i am little bit disappointed.

1. Tv not working, even after complaint it was not taken care. 2. Ac not working 3. Substandard bath kits 4. Room has a side door connecting to another room. How couple stay in this type of rooms 5. No shower caps provided 6. Bath room is not fitted with any facility which mandated to take head bath whenever we want to take bath, very pathetic 7. Even after giving this feedback, staff just neglected overall stay is bad

Location : in vicinity of hospitals, banks and 3 km away from rk beach. Peaceful ; food : fruit salad is huge portion with tiny ice cream, good quality and variety in breakfast ; room is decent a bit cramped, neat, clean but felt okay, good mattress ; gym : equipped with basic treadmill, weights and cramped with no ventilation ; service is quick but slow with house keeping
