Villa is not looking as shown in photos, no hot water and staff is also not responding properly. Cockroches are there. I don't recommend for couples.

Hotel rooms are very horrible, hotel manager said, no room available in this date, but we booked 2 months ago, changed room next day to complain. Hotel so disturbing.

Was hard to find. Board should be placed at the front. Service was bad. Many rooms were empty still not allowed to check in early. Assigned room was not cleaned so had to adjust with other room. No windows and no air circulation. Bathroom was very bad and not clean. Even had issue with water availability next morning. Dialed the reception but telephone was not working. Had to go personally and wait 30 mins. Rk beach is 4 km. Restaurants available near room. Can be improved

Regarding the modern villa it is a very old building and what provided in pictures that are not match-able with the hotel images. Those pics are other opposite hotel pics. Don't visit to come here for a terrific stay. If needs to want visit horrible stay please come and stay. When i was asking the modern villa images staff rudely answered me and i have argued more. After more arguments they have arranged another hotel room not in their modern villa. So don't trust these unauthorised hotel services. This is the first time i have had the worst experience in my career. I'm also very disappointed

The rooms were clean, good service, and pleasant staff. Only suggestion is hotel should have contacted me before arrival to help navigate the location. The phone number given no longer exists.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was in terrible condition—shabby, outdated, and in desperate need of renovation. The walls had peeling paint, and the furniture looked like it hadn’t been replaced in years. Worst of all, there was a leak in the ceiling that dripped water throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. The damp smell was overwhelming, and I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They didn't provide a single drop of drinking water. According to the supreme court order every hotel should provide drinking water to it's customers free of cost.
