Old hotel. No view from art & craft room. They try with inferior room to start with & check your acceptance.

I didn’t like the hotel room and the arrangements, it was too old hotel and proper toiletries and basic needs were missing, unhygienic towel and mattress

The hotel location is perfect. The staff is very courteous. Room size is also good. The beach access is a plus. Breakfast was tasty !

Convenient hotel located near rk beach. Room is clean and tidy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I tried to contact property before i checked in to make sure i have my reservation, they are not answering the numbers provided in make my trip voucher. You have ask to provide toiletteries. Rooms are comfortable but small in size. Over all not value for money. I could get better service for the price

While the location of the hotel is great, was not happy about the room. The bed caved in as soon as i lied down made it very uncomfortable to sleep. Issue with hot water availability. Not worth the money paid. Would not want to go back to hotel again

This has all the amenities as mentioned. The room size is small compared to other hotels. Breakfast is good. It has a big swimming pool and a private beach space which is good. Only con i noticed is the staff at the reception is arrogant and rude to customers. I have seen them fighting with 2 different customers during my 3days stay at the hotel. They won't even smile or greet you and always answer you rudely. Apart from this every other staff is cooperative

I wanted to share my experience regarding the room i booked., i saw some beautiful pictures showcasing a sea view from the balcony. However, once i completed my booking and payment, i found that none of those commitments were honored. When i arrived, the staff informed me that they do not guarantee such views when booking any room. For this reason, i give this hotel a rating of 1 star. Otherwise, the staff and food were excellent.

The private beach is the best perk of this hotel. We didn’t really do much else than have breakfast and then spend time on their beach. There’s a photographer there who took some stunning photographs of us and i’ll be forever grateful to him. 10/10 recommended. The rooms are super spacious too!

Location of the hotel is very good. It's located just beside the ramakrishna beach and has private access to beach. Rooms are very decent and should be improved considering it's a 4 star hotel. Food is good but everyday they serve same dishes for breakfast.

Nice property in a prime location with direct beach accessibility. Breakfast spread is good but there can be more variety to it and the food menu options. Some of the rooms don’t have any open views.

Spacious and luxurious room private beach is a speciality of this property very polite and courteous staff very tasty food, especially breakfast proximity to many tourist attractions yet not in a busy place

We, as a family, with two kids, aged 4 & 2, visited vizag and stayed at palm beach on deepavali eve. Stay was comfortable, rooms nice, good view. But food was pathetic. I mean, they neither have buffet, nor thali. We talked with the chef, for something like dal, or white rice, but far from helping us out, the floor manager advised us to go to hotel daspalla. I asked them how they are managing the restaurant without indian menu, the manager was informing me that nobody comes for food over there. Accomodation, hospitality, pool area, everything were very fine, but, we need to eat somewhere else to stay over there.

Palm beach hotel located in strategic location, the most happening place in visakhapatnam i, e rk beach. The rooms are well maintained staff are very helpful buffet breakfast has good spread private beach is the icing on the cake excellent property and will recommend to everyone
