These guys are not from the hotel background and lack on basic infrastructure . Staff is cooperative but they need to have their facilities as per the market standards . The whole experience reception, ac, life, food, bathroom and room amenities need a revamping.

No parking no kitchen facility hotel staffs do not know how to behave with customers who are paying their hard earned momey for stay less spacious room the hotel staffs will always enquirer you where are u going. When u are coming. Why u are late. Blah blah no wifi sometimes ac wont work. Sometimes water wont come. When u ask for solution u will get weird respomse from hotel staffs as if they have let u stay free even if they clean the room daily they wont provide u fresh towel. Soaps. Over all if someo. E asks to rate this hotel based on different criteria i will give -1) rest who ever wants to stay there can try om their own risk and money

I had booked as a solo traveller, but i had my parents visiting me the next day. They are above 60 years and i requested the hotel staff to allow them to stay for 2 hours in my room. The owner interfered and behaved very rudely saying, he wont allow them even for a minute. I said i am ready to pay extra if needed, he denied that too. I know that there is a policy by the hotel that visitors are not allowed in the room, but at-least such rude behaviour should not be expected from any hotel. Moreover most of the things provided in the room were not working, and the worst part was, even for washroom there was only a door without any kind of locks. Horrible hotel.

This is the best hotel just beside nh 16. The hotel staff is bengali and very helpful. Food is good and hospitality is best.

This is not a hotel but a kind of homestay without any regular amenities of a hotel. No parking facility as you have to park on the road. They have few rooms on the second floor as everything is under construction. Rooms are new but average quality. Cant be recommended

I have booked this hotel while i was attending some conference at visakhapatnam. It was a an excellent stay for me. The staff were very cooperative and cordial. The available amenities cover wide range of requirements be it for solo traveller or family or couple or group. The room has a mini refrigerator, a tea kettle, airconditioner. You name it. They have it.

Very suitable for budget stay, solo r 2 friends. Family may be difficult w. R. T room space. Room was clean, bathroom was clean well maintained. Worth the price.

This place is at a location from where you may easily get an auto/cab/bus. Multiple restaurants in walking distance. Bakery and sweet shops if you would like to explore vizag specials. Hotel staff is really very friendly and helpful. The prices are good as well if compared to other hotels in the same area or maybe nearby.

The hotel location was good and easily approachable. Safe and secure hotel. Value for money property. The room was overall good. Staff was friendly but no restaurant was available. Value for money property, I recommend this place to others.

Being brutally honest, it's not a hotel it's a apartment in which third floor is converted into hotel. There is no kitchen so one has to depend on outside food. There was issue with hot water supply, I got it after follow-ups. One caretaker is there who knows tell u only so difficult to communicate. There was smell in bathroom as well. Rest of the experience i.e. Cleanliness of the room was good. Location is good and got easy access to Ola and Uber. Overall this hotel is overpriced compared to amenities provided.

I was trapped in the hotel room as because their lock broke down. Room service is terrible. No toiletries. In short very bad stay
