Team, had stay in this hotel staff service and behaviour was rude and they are not given service also property was not good as per price service standard was worse as not up to mark. Hence request you to speak with the concern hotel staff.

Mm t & treebo hotel - pathetic experience

It was a terrible stay at treebo hotel and mm t staff. Mm t fools around people like us by charging more compared other platforms and keeping informed of other hidden charges. There is absolutely very poor coordination of mm t with the hotel franchise or hotel partners. Few points i would highlight: had to chase for getting room service; the service numbers were unresponsive just one bottle of water provided for family of three i had to follow to several times with the staffs for cancellation/modifications there is no coordination with the hotel staff with the treebo staff no availability of hot water my sincere advise for big no to this hotel

Location wise perfect place rooms are very clean, but service is very bad like yesterday i ordered a tea but nobody delivered when i cross check they said to me oh h sorry we forgot to deliver. And 2nd thing my wife ordered a food for my kids which took more than 1hrs to deliver.

A place which is ok if you are travel-ling for business for 1 or 2 days as its location is not too far from many city areas. Breakfast is ok and staff behaviour is nice. Since it is not a five star, 5-star level of cleanliness is also neither there nor is it expected. The place is peaceful.

Location is very noisy due to main road traffic. Food okay. Room clean. Staff good. I had to wait almost 20-30 mins for check in as the hotel had not received the booking. I had to call make my trip twice to get the issue resolved. Services could be better as i had to take the lift and reach my room myself with my huge trolley and backpack.
