Outer area was not clean. Tobaco puke was visible. No lift. Senior citizen with us. Provided second floor. Third bed was not a complete bed. It was sofa cum bed. Linen was small. Not able to cover the sofa cum bed. No hot water. Flush was not working. Overall bad experience.

Place is not like shown in pictures, bedsheets were dirty and torn. Rooms were pathetic. Bachelors were making chaos all night, drunk people were there making loud noises whole night. It is not a hotel. You don't feel safe while staying there. No staff was there for water at 11pm. No one cared about the complaints. Staff even asked me to cancel booking when we asked them to change bedsheets. Worst experience ever.

Ekdm bakwas. Bedsheets, pillow cover, blanket sb kuch ganda tha. Blanket se smell aa rhi kaafi jyada.
