my stay at govind bhawan wasn’t that great , paid full price , but rooms were not clean , room was small and bathroom wasn’t even included . it was outside my room … poor service

Not a good experience. The location is off track and not convenient for parking as well. Room is too small but the price is high with no facility of tv and dish channels.

Everything was excellent. Beds were clean. Ambience was neat & clean. Staff were very supportive. Food quality was excellent.

Very average stay, bedsheets were not clean, toiletries were not provided. They only gave drinking water after we asked them to give. No lift, 3 floors you have to climb. Very average stay

The staff was really rude, there was no proper electricity and water was coming from the ac, we also had to pay extra money.

Rate is very high according to location as it is located at a distance of 5-6 km from shri banke bihari temple. There is no transportation facilities from hotel to main road or to mandir. I spent rs1500 auto fare to reach temple and to hotel in 2 days. And rule of check in and check out is very inappropriate. They don't allow customer to stay after 11 am. Even you check in at 10 pm night.

Excellent rooms with neat and clean washroom. Good caring staff. Food is v good. Hotel is nearby to bankey bihari j, radha mohan j, nidhi van, etc. Very good place to stay. Transportation is easy available from outside road. Full safety to kids.
