Pathetic service, unhygienic rooms and toilets, broken crockery above everything else the rooms are available in rs. 1000 to walk-in customers and mm t has charged us very high

Its to dramatic by the staff member if we tell to change the bed sheet and also give the quilt to our room. They argued. We travel time this hotel for last 5 years. But now its facilities is bad. When we come in hotel after play holi staff come and said don't want to sit on the bed and other place in the room otherwise of you sit bed sheet is dirty you pay for it. Bathroom was already bad in situation. This is only 1 star hotel. This is my last visit. I pay much more money for this hotel. Its our bad experience.

Nice hotel and room, if you visit Vrindavan you have to stay in Hotel Dev Residency very nice room and service staff are very good and cooperative.

Very bad condition of room. Pop and paint condition is also bad, and toiletries are not available in hotel. Stay in hotel waste of money.

Congested, dirty, no maintenance, mirror broken, sticky floor and other sanitary fittings. To v service very poor. The hotel has provided all modern amenities but failed to keep it up Bed sheets are torn. Rats are loitering inside room.

All the rooms were dirty and patchy. Gyser bursted while having a bath. Three times changed the room during 2 day stay. Second night there power supply failed on our floor. All my kids fall ill due to no sleep at night. Worst experience. Hotel proved to provide RO water, towels. MMT should not offer such. I was so frightened with MMT that did not booked hotels for further stay at Delhi during this journey.

Only the locality is good. Hotel is not properly maintained, not clean, leakage in bathroom, smelly bedsheets. Staff is also good and supportive. Food is ok. If one is not fond of cleanliness, it's worth money. Shri Banke Bihari Ji temple is very near.

Receptionists and restaurant staff are extremely rude, and their approach towards guests is totally lackadaisical. Very unclean rooms, the rest of the hotel and surroundings. Poor maintenance. Lift door got stuck, and got opened using outside help after banging the door for several minutes. One had to request for even the basic facilities, such as towels and TV remotes. Overall, the hotel does not meet standards requirement.

Good food, too good location walking distance of shree banke Bihari better service required they have good walls, floor, ceiling but no cleaning and maintenance.

Poor and delay in every aspect.
House keeping is pure in food order and services in room. Much delay in everything. Rooms are not clean as these are 2or 3 year before.
