Good amazing food, cosy stay and pretty good stay. The hotel is in the middle of mathura and vrindavan so we can easily go to both destinations.

Stay was really good. The location is connecting nearly to main road and staff was very helpful. Breakfast service and menu was good too.

Rooms were not clean and tidy. Room had foul smell coming from sewage and termites were found in the room. The amount paid was not worth for stay.

During my stay, power cut happened 3-4 times and when i complaint this to hotel manager and staff, no response was given by them. There was no water in the morning for bath. I have to ask the staff to turn on the water motor. Washrooms were not clean and food prices were high as per the quality. Not satisfied with the service at all.

This place was filled with very foul smell. Mattress, pillows were of very poor quality. Bad hospitality - no one came to look after the broken a/c and the water supply was abruptly stopped in the morning which was not continued for atleast 2 hours. Most of the time electricity problem.

Place is simple and good but no extra provision fir parking the private vehicle. I had dinner and complementary breakfast both found satisfactory.

The hotel is neat and clean, but the washrooms have a smell which does not go off because the exhaust fans re not effective. Food is good, well prepared and well served. The staff are ill dressed and lack professionalism. Parking is on the road next to the hotel building.

The experience of staying at hotel galaxy in mathura was very good. The room was very nice and the special thing was that we got very good behavior at the reception. The quality of breakfast was also good.
