Hotel was not as per expectation and prices. Cost was very high as compared to the hotel quality and services. Services were not as per its cost. Food was so limited. We had just chapati and sabji in breakfast and 1 plate french fries for kid. We paid around 11000 rs for 2 days stay. It was not value for money

Property and location was nice but zero maintenance. Wen we reached at the property, we want to order some food but they said that today there were no chef so they can't take the order. Washroom very dirty. Overall not good.

It was pleasant staying at this property located in the heart of vrindavan, staff was committed and courteous, and helped us to reach the property even though roads were closed for vehicular traffic

I have bad experience in the hotel. We have faced poor maintenance in the rooms and bath rooms. As the tariff i have paid i haven't got returned.

The rooms don't match with photos! the mattresses were old! bathroom were pathetic! so is interior! the rooms charges are like 4 star and actually it's a dharmshala

There is a lot of issue of cleanliness specifically the toilet. Also they charged me for the extra bed for which i already paid. The look was different what is shown in the picture. Not worth the price.

The location of the hotel is good but the bathroom and lift are not cleaned. Food quality and service is very good. The staff is good and come operative.

Ac remote not available. Bathroom tap not working. Booking was for 3+1 but they provided 1 towel and no soap in bathroom.

Everything is as per our choice. All staff members are well behaved especially the front desk person mr. Sonia and the security at parking. One thing needs to improve in guest washroom near reception with complete hygiene.

I have stayed in this hotel with my family. This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. No hygiene at all maintained, lots of dust in the room. Dirty bathroom, even the doormat outside the washroom carrying a lot of mud. They do not even serve water in the room.
