Rooms are having seepage and smelling bad. Ac is creating noise of more than 100db. Had to change the room twice.

No stay for driver was available though parking was mentioned. With such hotels, it is expected that drivers stay should be availabl.

Best place to stay in vrindavan. Very good, polite and supportive staff, tasty food and peaceful environment. We love to stay here every time we visit mathura, vrindavan. Have parking facility also and e-rickshas are available outside the hotel gate.

Caution! avoid this hotel especially in winters.

The rooms and bathrooms are old and dated. Bathroom faucets are worn out. The water in shower comes as hot and cold separately and not mixed, so in winters this hotel should be absolutely avoided. The food is very average. Amenities are not delightful either. Service is good. But without the product, even good service is meaningless.

Stay was so so

Location is good. But faced a lot of electricity cut, e rickshaws available at the hotels are very expensive and charged more than double the fair. Food was good but service not, no welcome drink at reception

The rooms were smaller in size than expected and didn't have asked many features as other sarovars. The spa also was not functional, neither was kids area. Although the staff was courteous.

i have booked 2 rooms and one of our room a/c not working…….. and after complaining many times after all day at night they respond to my complaint this is the issue we have faced and the house keeping staff is good

Very average food, poor room service, the lobby carpet was old and stinking so much. They would mess up the room cleaning, forget to put towels, safe wasn’t opening, the shower pressure was the worst, very slow service there was a hair in my food at the buffet downstairs would not recommend. Just decent proximity to temples that’s all

Location: too far from the temple staff: worst and non courteous property: under maintenance, too much hammering throughout the stay. Non-functional toilet tabs. Not worth visiting again.

Very pathetic check in service and very very poor check out service too. Staff was behaving in a very extremely unpleasant way and the food too took 1-2 hours if you order anything.

The stay didn’t feel worth the price. The room lacked essentials, and I had to call reception for basics like toiletries. Several items, including the exhaust fan and TV, weren’t functioning. The mattresses were too old and would sink after a while, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, the room had dust issues—definitely a problem for anyone with allergies. On a positive note, the service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to assist.
