There was a receptionist the rudest person i have ever come across in my whole life. She was removing her personal frustrations on guests and she we asked her to behave nicely she said she is like this only and talk to everyone like this and can’t help her behaviour. Rooms were not ready for checkin, bathroom door lock was tertible as i stuck inside. Drain was clogged completely. It was a horrible experience ever. Never recommend it to anyone

Terrible cottage and hospitality

The rooms were not cleaned before our arrival. Bathtub had algae. I was asked to adjust in the cottage where the windows were not closing completely.

Hotel is normal. Service is very slow. Bathroom flush was not working. Tv not working even after informining multiple time they have corrected after 8 hour

Amazing experience. We booked a deluxe room but the owner is so good that she upgraded us to cottage room since it was empty. Amazing property with great views. Staff was pretty welcoming as well. Must visit place

Only good thing is the swimming pool

While the hotel rooms were decent, the service needs improvement. The food took light years to be prepared and served. The swimming pool with a fountain is the highlight of the resort. Apart from that, you should not expect anything good here.

Hotel structure is good, most of the things are available but the problem is it is in secluded place and nothing available nearby. Therefore there are usually very small qty and hence services and staff availablity is very poor. The most problematic thing is that they start break fast at 8am wl and if your staying here for business purposes, and if you need to reach office at 9an that will be difficult to manage

This hotel falls short in several crucial aspects. The cleanliness is subpar, with noticeable odors lingering throughout. The food service is disappointing, exemplified by a delayed breakfast that left guests waiting for an hour. Moreover, hygiene seems to be neglected, as cleaning standards are lacking. Overall, a disappointing experience that fails to meet basic expectations for a comfortable stay. I would give negative star rating for this hotel who is charging 3 star hotel tariff and no interest in serving guest.

Haunted hotel do not book! misleading information. Fake photos! fraud!

Beware The real hotel with their rooms is in a separate building which is unhygienic, isolated and quite eerie! it can give you major haunted hotel vibes and it is impossible to live there, especially if you are a solo female traveller like me it is highly unsafe! the first night the hotel agreed to shift me to one of their cottages which are in the same building as the main reception. The first cottage i checked had cockroaches in the bathtub, and after a lot of waiting again, they were able to give me a room which was reasonably tidy. The original room that was offered to me had malfunctioning air conditioner, view was of their trash area which was constantly being used to dump even glass bottles which meant constant disturbance from the crashing bottles and i couldn't get a single second of peaceful sleep that noon after which they shifted me to cottage. It is not a 3 star hotel as they claim and the reviews you read are fake. It is more of a motel than a hotel. Airbnb will be safer place to choose economic and budget listings. Rooms are spacious but no mind behind design. Very mediocre. Staff is local, drunk and unbothered. Food is horrible, looks good but it's evident that they cook it in dalda and not even oil or butter. The next day since it was holi, their cottages were full so they had to shift me back to the rooms in the other building which to remind you is not a part of the hotel. As i went to take shower, someone rang doorbell many times. When i called the desk later to ask who rang the bell, they rudely replied that staff rang bell only once and that no one waits in that building for long. i immediately packed up went to desk, paid my dues and checked out.

I don't like writing negative review. But this property is very unprofessional. Check experience to 15 min and chap just kept walking away talking to other people, no wifi - it will be repaired in 2 weeks, cottage rooms look nothing like the pictures - in reality they were clean but not inviting. And for the breakfast buffet there was not one order with no menu. Coffee came with oil floating on top and who knows what the white thing floating in the coffee were. Food was quite good though. I can not recommend this hotel.
