I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The absence of an on-site restaurant was a notable drawback. We had booked a room with breakfast included, but instead of a breakfast buffet or dining area, breakfast was served in our room. The options were quite minimal, limited to dosa, vada, idli, and poori. While the food quality was decent, the lack of variety and the inconvenience of in-room dining detracted from the overall experience. If you're looking for a hotel with comprehensive dining facilities, you might want to consider other options.

Suite room washrooms are not neat room also some bad smell. But food is good. Not provide welcome water bottle also.

Bed sheets not clean. Rooms also not much clean. At first refused to give gst invoice, and lengthy discussion issued the same.

Worst staff i have ever met, don't know how to talk to customers. Have bad food taste and the manager is very rude.

Ac not working properly, room service one of the worst even bed sheets are not washed properly. There won't be proper response from any one working there and for the amount they charge it's not worth to stay there. Only advantage is parking available and hotel located in peaceful area

We booked the super supreme room. It had a queen bed and one extra bed for kid. Overall nice property with good location and ample basement parking. There is a restaurant as well, but we didn't try.

This is my second visit to this property. It was a very pleasant experience. Sharing their parking photos which is missing in their profile, it's very spacious 2 basement level parking.

Location is very nice. You have atm, breakfast, tea centers below this hotel. Hotel also serves all variety of foods and they taste good. Hotel maintenance is good and in very good location.

They have charged extra 600 rs- for single mattress. They said that people who comes direct they can stay for 24 hours. So we reached 7:30pm but they said to handover room @11am otherwise extra charges. Hot-water not available in the room. We are disappointed for your services.

We stayed for 2 nights in supreme room, it was spacious with queen beds which was sufficient for 2 adults and a child, one can easily add an extra bed if needed for additional cost. Cellar car parking was reasonably big and not congested, and they have open parking as well in-front of the hotel. 24hr hot water and they have a restaurant for lunch and dinner (no breakfast. The hotel won't provide you water and force us to purchase bottles. Outside foods are not allowed and to order in hotel prices are tad high. Toilets in the room were full of mosquitoes. When contacted management they replied us to vacate if we don't like the hotel. Terrible, there are much cheaper and better hotels in warangal.
