The hotel is located near to railway station. Stay was ok, it needs to be maintained properly. Very congested room with decent restroom. Room boy was too lazy and bit rude. Way to the hotel is too ugly.

Already raised my complain on the day i boarded the hotel. picture and hotel room totally different. Dirty room, staines in bedsheets, whole night struggled with rats. Rats were scrolling all over the room, curtains, dustbins, scared of medical threats if rats bite or fall on mouth during sleep, hotel manager did not gave another room until morning even few rooms were empty. Do not understand hindi or english the staffs at night. Only 5 car can ne parked. My car was asked to perk outside beside a drain and rodents were scrolling around. Hotel entry is the place for the locality to dumb other hotel and house waste. Hotel is inside warangal transport depot superb dirty, rodents and muddy. My 30th and 31st dc 23 with family was on dirty platform. Dirty and rats cut curtains, bed, sink placed inside room with stains. No filter bottler water. Local 20ltrs filter water filling the used bottlers and supplying the customers or guest. There are many more etc etc. Very very unpleasant. Never had such bad experience anywhere.

The photos and description don't match the actual place. Though the staff was polite, the amenities were less than basic. Got bottled water which had visible dirt in it. The place itself is in a very dirty lane.

The hotel was centrally located near the railway station but it was located in a bylane. The staff were helpful and cooperative

1. Hotel stay is good 2. Room ambience is good 3. Car parking is ok 4. Food courts or tiffin centers are not available near hotel 5. Room service to be improved
