Overall property is good, food is nice and courteous staff. Its a pretty old resort (probably 15 years old) and its high time that management needs to do a complete renovation. Each and every room needs renovation - doors, table, chair, wardrobe etc looks very old which needs a complete change.

We have opted for early check-in they have charged 1500 more of it. Room service is not quick, phone on the room to connect reception was not working. Average room for the price. For the price mentioned service can be improved. Lake view was good

Lovely place to stay, surrounded by nature and friendly staffs. Food was quite nice too. The resort is huge in terms of space rooms are clean with amazing views

Very courteous staff, all the facilities mentioned in the site was provided satisfactorily including pool, games, etc. The food in the restaurant was also very tasty.

Stay was below average and there were a group of around 60-70 people who were screaming all over the day n night. Even though the staff were polite, will-rate this stay below average

We had a great stay in the resort. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good food. Great breakfast buffet spread. Very clean pool. Well maintained resort. View from the room is completely worth spending the money.

Excellent view, good food, serene and calm environment & good supporting staff. Approach was narrow through the tight lanes but once you reached the property, there was good parking and spacious entrance. We also enjoyed the bonfire with good music and dance. Overall a very nice overall experience.

Excellent view near karapuzha lake with a nice environment. Awesome garden i am very happy to spend time in this resort. They have a nice garden, good swimming pool, indoor games and all. Rooms are also clean and well maintained throughout the resort. Best recommended place around that area. Food also very good and tasty.

The property was well maintained including swimming pool, restaurant and play area. The room and the bathroom were clean. The behaviour of the staffs there were polite and respectful. I would recommend this 100% to families and couples.

We took waterfront resorts and the stay is really awesome. I would suggest not to prefer wayanad during peak summers. The food really worst and too costly too.
