The property was absolutely stunning. The dinning experience exceeded my expectations. The service was impeccable from start to end. The staffs were professional, friendly and always ready to support with a smile.

The location was very nice but the service was not up to the mark. We have ordered snacks in our room, taste was good but the way of serving it was terrible. The tray on which they are serving was very dirty and even staff was not very polite they always say we don’t know anything. This was the situation. And we have booked the most expensive room from this hotel still the service was pathetic

This is a wonderful property. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Their hospitality is among the best that we have seen. They take a lot of effort to ensure that the customers have a good stay. The property is very well maintained and has lots of activities within, including a wide range of outdoor & indoor games. A great place for families looking to relax and unwind.

A perfect stay at mount xanadu our stay at mount xanadu was exceptional! the resort offers stunning views, luxurious rooms, and impeccable service. The staff was warm and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. The food was delicious, with fresh, local flavors. Whether for relaxation or adventure, this resort is an ideal escape into the serene beauty of wayanad. Highly recommended!

It's a great stay but there's just 1 problem, that is they don't serve alcohol. It is much needed when on a vacation

Property's location was beautiful on a hill. Food quality was top notch with all the varieties at the buffet. I liked the evening tea/coffe station on a separate hill point. The views very very awesome at all the points. The property is worth visiting at-least once in a lifetime. Mountain glimpse experience with jacuzzi was exceptional.

Six of us friends visited the property. Good was good. Service was good. Property and rooms were clean. Very big rooms nicely maintained. The view from the room was marvellous. The landscaping is of top quality.

The views from the resort are excellent. The photos in their website and in other travel sites do not do justice to the impressive views. There are multiple places which offers the view of vast valley below. Food is also really good with vegetarians spoil t for choice. Not that the non vegetarian section was any less impressive. Quality live music was playing near the dining area. Our room was clean and neat with large panoramic window. The resort is perched on a hill top and they have electric buggies if you are not in the mood to climb. The pool is another excellent spot to enjoy the day. Staff is warm and friendly. The only part i didn’t like was that the approach road is a bit narrow. There are absolutely no signboards to the resort from the main road other than one at the last corner which defeats the purpose. Overall we are happy with the stay and would recommend the place to anyone.

Mount Xanadu, is a place to visit for all. Excellent location, Great views, Fantastic landscape, Good food, Awesome service and Amazing staff. They have all the ingredients to be a Luxury resort and they live up to the expectation. Nothing to compain and only memories to take back. Thank you, Mount Xanadu for an amazing 3 days, kids enjoyed their vacation to the most, and we loved it ! ❤️
