Its way better than the pics, owner & a caretaker is available 24/7 bit far from the town but the owner makes it available if informed early great barbecue from owners wife

We were a group of 11 and the place could easily host us comfortably. The hosts are wonderful and made our experience there a memorable one.

First of all, I would give 👍 to the property owner, such a polite and helpful staff... Food was tasty and the highly maintained property.

The property is very good. Its full of nature all around and there are no neighbours anywhere around so it's completely private and silent. Away from city life. Food options are available within 30 to 40 mins drive range. A working kitchen is also available for the ones who like cooking overall a great experience. Not to forget the host ajith is a great host he was always available for any help. He also patiently took all the guests around the property and explained about the plants and trees around. Will 100% come back soon.

This is a perfect place to experience nature & enjoy the rain. So remotely nested in a coffee plantation, the motville offers you absolute privacy. The place is full of trees and all kinds of fruits & flowers. The rooms are very spacious & comfortable. The host ajith is present on site & proactively takes care of all your needs. Ideal for a family or friends get together. All good
