The location is fantastic and the neat and clean room staffs are really responsible for our pleasant stay food is excellent overall we enjoyed and had a very peaceful stay I recommend this to all the people who needs to relax from the busy schedule of their daily routine ☺️☺️☺️

Hotel is well maintained and close to the beach. Everything is good here except food. Tasteless food, even not following instructions when complained regarding the quality of food

Not well organised resort, missing name boards outside un the critical location. Not professionally managed setup, toilets not clean, exhaust fan didn’t work in 205, bath tub water exit valve blocked etc. Looking very old or unorganised outside ! restaurant & food were good only +ve part here not 4* & not worth for the money paid at all

The staff was kind and polite. The rooms were clean. The food was good both dinner and breakfast. Kitchen staff was very kind. We need to order the dinner in advance. Overall the experience was very good.

The wave by citrine; is a lovely staycation option if you are visiting wayanad! it is isolated and gives you the peace you seek in the mountains. The food is immaculate and the chef and hotel staff are very friendly! they will make you feel at home. When one visits in remote locations the most important factor is food and the staff, and this location has the best staff and decent food. So even if you wish to just bask in the lake view from your rooms balcony and not go for any sight seeing you will enjoy your stay. It’s an amazing location for families especially with kids.

The property is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Loved how the property is mapped out with so much greenery and on the edge of a water body. The food is really good. The staff is very courteous and always willing to help. Most of the common tourist attractions are easily accessible by your vehicle from here. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to wayanad!

The ambience, facility upkeep and more importantly the service more than compensated for the proximity of the hotel. Proactivess of anand to facilitate our checkin, making us feel comfortable-shabbir and amartha at the dining tableand helping us with the checkin -musafir are worth mentioning.
