Room was given different than what was booked, tv was out of order, facility is very far from basic needs things, you have to order for basic needs even for water bottle from care taker, choice of food can not be ordered, care taker is good and helpful and nice person. View is good! but stay experience is not good at all.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The only positive aspect of my stay was the fantastic view from the hotel. However, several issues overshadowed this one redeeming feature. Firstly, the hotel promised to provide 2 extra bedding, but it was not provided as promised. This left us uncomfortable and disappointed, especially considering the high price we were charged for just one night. Additionally, a basic necessity like water in the flush was missing, which was truly frustrating. When you pay a premium price for accommodation, you expect such basic amenities to be in place. The cleanliness of the room was also subpar. The towel provided had visible dirt on it, and to make matters worse, only one towel was provided for four people while the booking was done for 4 people. This was unacceptable, given the room rate. Considering the exorbitant price we paid, this experience was nothing short of a letdown. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as the overall experience was far from pleasant.

We booked for 4 people but there was only one bed and the room was not clean. Even the garbage of the previous stay was not cleared. Frequent power cut no blanket was provided. So security. The hotel person will leave immediately once u got the key he will come only at the time of checkout until then none will come. We informed the same to the make my trip but they attend the call once and gave reply as we will check with the owner and call back but they too din y call back until now. As per the hotel statement the makemy trip is cheating they are giving 2 person room to 4 people.
