Average room with terrible breakfast

Power points were not working. There were no hangers in the wash room. No tissues available in the rest room. Room was smelling.

Substandard 3 star

The provided rooms are in a temporary steel roof building. Access from the main road is narrow. Parking is back to back, you cannot remove your car quickly if you were parked in front. Lizards inside the room. A/c was not cool enough. 3 star, but no soap, no shampoo etc. Toilet water overflow to room. Two small beds tied to make a double bed. 3 star dining photo added. Rooms are spacious.

They don't provide lunch or dinner in the property. It's something, the resort should work upon. As a tourist, no one is expecting only for rooms in places like wayanad.

Stayed there for three days. Newly constructed and yet to finish. Few electrical works are pending which affects lights and hotel is not ready to provide solution. We need to ask every time for water bottles, daily cleaning and towels. Breakfast was not great no options either idly or poori. Service needs to be improved.

Stay at the centre of the town

Hotel situated at the middle of kalpeta town. Restaurant is not functioning at the hotel. Even room service also not available. You have to depend on swiggy zomato. But you will get only 3-4 hotel listing in that area. Not much choice available. Complimentary breakfast available. Which is tastey. Breakfast timing between 8. 00 am to 10. 00 am. They are bringing breakfast from outside and distribute. So you have to take breakfast before 9. 00 am. Otherwise you will not get much choices. Otherwise stay was o key

Road to property is very narrow and bad condition. Difficult to identify the road on google map. Hotel condition is avg, lift still under construction. No restaurant inside hotel.

We had a excellent stay in this property. This is located in center of the city and the view is very good from hotel. The hotel is properly maintained and cleaned. It is having a beautiful swimming pool.

Nominal, good for a day/night stay

Neat and clean no doubt. Staff could be more courteous to encourage 5 star reviews. Complentary breakfast isn't worth trying or lure. Bad experience over the breakfast with chilled boiled eggs and stale sort of poori. This wasn't expected from a property managed by treebo. I won't be staying in this hotel again nor will i recommend to any of my loved ones.
