Good resort, nice ambience and spacious rooms. Swimming pool is really nice. I would suggest the rooms for people looking for spacious room with good furniture and clean washrooms. Staffs are really supportive

Beautiful resort amid-st dense nilgiris forest. Staff services were quite prompt too. Well maintained in terms of cleanliness. Breakfast option was good too though being the day of on-am festival we wanted the spread to be little more grandeur. Highly recommended.

It’s a beautiful resort, surrounded by dense trees. Rooms are spacious and balcony view is amazing. Staff are friendly. However, road to the resort is a bit sloppy and room service is a bit slow. Over all had a great stay.

We stayed there for one night. The road to get to the resort was pretty bad. The stay was good - rooms were clean, dinner and breakfast buffet was good, staff were polite. The service response was a little slow but overall good.

Room very nice with view and clean with modern concept but room service is very slow veg food is average and breakfast is good amenities are good for child’s even cycling available spa also good with limited packages staff very polite swimming pool always clean and tide location very nice and resort approach road very narrow as a thrill evening tea stall also tried to old is gold proper chaiwala concept never miss it

The property, especially the room was good. Well maintained and had all expected comforts. The staff were welcoming and pleasant. Common pool was also well maintained. Due to some ongoing road maintenance the alternate road to the property, mainly the last 200 meters was kind of narrow and bad. Food (only tried breakfast) was not great.

1.We had an excellent stay and the location is very Beautiful. 2. Outstanding customer service and the Staffs behaviour exceeds expectations as they were one call away for all the needs even in the midst of heavy rain. 3. Rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all necessary amenities. Facilities were well maintained and cleanliness exceeds expectations. 4. The restaurant offered good, hygienic and tasty food( Buffet with chargable dinner and complimentary breakfast). 5. Efficient and Smooth Check in / Check Out Overall its an excellent stay

Excellent rooms, poor quality roads

The rooms are excellent, staffs are also very good. However the road connecting the hotel was under construction, and we were only told about it after refund period was over, the temp road was very narrow and mud road, this made the entire experience bad. I strongly feel it’s the hotel’s responsibility to fully disclose important aspects of the stay.

The place is good n so is the food, staffs are very friendly, clean n neat ambience, only problem was the short stretch of road leading to the resort, we enjoyed are stay there, thank you jerry, abhilash and anand had a good time.

Resort was good but not great. Approach to the resort was pathetic and very narrow. Room was cozy but there was a foul smell from the bathroom. Food was ok ok. Most of the dishes had slight sweetness which is not suitable for my taste buds. Service was good.

Good rooms! food - above average. Staff - very good but overall service of the place - poor. Needs lot more planning to be in place. While it is a small resort with good rooms, there is a long waiting for breakfast as they have only 6/7 tables which shows lack of planning
