Caretaker waited till midnight to recieve us without any trouble. His behaviour was very good. I liked the ambience.

Value for money rooms with great ambience around the property. The room was spacious and well kept. Caretaker shrirang was very friendly and helpful and always available.

Room was clean. Property owner is good. But kitchen doesn't have any amenities, there is one common kitchen which is pathetic. Gallery is misleading, it is just one house with small play area for the kids. Breakfast is very simple. Overpriced for the facilities provided.

Good cosy rooms, quick service, friendly host. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The tv has good number of channels. Breakfast is good. The room is near to the town. Beautiful tea gardens view in front of the room and whole town view from the other side. There is a kitchen. You may have to ask for a stove if you want to cook. The breakfast and tea provided were good. Parking space is available.

This is the best location for a budget stay, i stayed in the first floor room with balcony attached to it. The view was good and had a great stay. Five stars from my side. The only constraint is the narrow road of 100 metres to the property form main road.

The stay was very nice according to the price. The room has a mini kitchen too which is an added advantage. The caretaker is also very good and helpful.

I stayed here for one day. Mr. Ratheesa attended me and helped me with local information. This homestay is located in middle of nature. Outside there is huge tea plantation and from room you can have a very good view of mountains and roads. Last 100 meters is narrow road, but i took my car easily. Many other houses nearby also had their car parked. So that's not a problem. Overall, a happy stay at this price point.

Outside area was good, scenic view of tea garden was mesmerising, attender person was very humble. Good bkfst provided.

We were travelling by bike back to Bangalore from Calicut and my partner had feel sick so I had to book this stay so that my partner can recover. Ritheesh who hosted us was very friendly and also he took us to hospital and guided us what to be done at the stay as a tourer. Ritheesh also gave us the extra privilege to check out late by 4 just to avoid sun while travelling. that was very generous. the stay was decent and worth the price.

It's was a awesome view experience and you can enjoy the view from resort. Too safe for family and couples. Go ahead to get best experience. Mr. Koya is very kind and good caretaker. We feel so comfortable there.

This place is easy to locate and it is surrounded by tea estate. The view from the room is truly mesmerising and also the staff there named redheesh lal was helpful and he was generous and even gave me medicine when i was bitten by leach. And most importantly all this came at a very budget price! i recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place in vaitheri.

We loved the hospitality at misty winds holiday homes. It is way more affordable with all facilities stretched out. The environment out there is really beautiful with the tea garden just in-front of the doors. Ridish( the care taker)is really friendly and helpful. And even very prompt. The owner even makes sure that the customers are well served and well treated by checking on them everyday. Misty winds is moreover so homely and it's located in the prime area which makes it easy for the traveller to visit all the destinations like(en ooru, muddy-boot zip line, pookde lake, lakkdi view point etc) at a go.

Location is bit congested to drive a car and park it. A better experience with the host that he can manage any situation. He has a very helpful nature.
