Room service were pathetic, nothing was working in given room, no higenic, for every dam thing like toothpaste brush soap etc you have to call them 10 times, so literally nothing up to the mark.

response for room services and reception is very very poor …. when we ordered for drinking water they took 40 mins to deliver. most of the times they are not even picking the calls

There was no lock to the windows, was not feeling safe due to that. Managers were not ready to fix it. Lunch and dinner wasbnot that good

The rooms were not at all maintained properly. Totally damp. Pathetic room service. Food quality not good. Basic amenities were not provided in time. Had to wait till midnight to get even a comforter even though we ad checked in at 1. 00 pm. Also had to wait a lot during check in. Overall a very bad experience. Will not recommend this property to anyone

Basic amenities not provided, tv not working and hot water provided finally after continuous following up with reception, food is average. Service getting very slow after keep following up only.

It a full fledge hotel with 120+rooms, on a busy week or a day, they have various problem from running out of fresh towels, basis hygiene in the room - clean bedding / blanket, room service etc. Food or room service is extremely delay - they need more staff and may want to ole n other halls for food on a busy day. As a guest don’t expect when we come for dinner and leave everything is over.

Hotel management is not good.

My initial experience was bad. I was given room 1112 which glass with no curtain. Loud music is entering room because there glass is not closing properly. When we asked to change room, they gave us classic room (1403) near swimming pool whereas i booked deluxe room. They argued that room given is deluxe after insisted to show actual classic room, they lied that all room are in use. Finally after 30 minutes of drama, they gave another room (1805) which was good.

We had a good experience at the hotel with the rooms, food, ambience, camp fire in the night and kids play area. Perfect for a family vacation.

Food for room service is delayed for 3 hours and there is no basis essential things like soap brush and paste was not kept in the room when i call to reception there is no proper response simply waste of money
