Location is very good near to nature park and boat house. Food was very good at restaurant, little expensive. Gym, swimming pool, electric kettle, daily needs and few games also available for kids.

Excellent location and beautiful hotel. Friendly and extremely supportive restaurant manager. The staff went out if the way to ensure additional support to let my 3 year old child have breakfast on time.

Well maintained hotel, staff are quick in providing requested services. Very spacious car parking and park area to roam around on main road near to nature park and boat house entrance. Very cleanly maintained pool and rooms

The property is really good, beautiful and well maintained garden, excellent food, staff behavior in all aspect, i had a very good experience. There new building 's rooms are not so spacious but neat and clean. On the other hand old building's rooms are spacious but little untidy. There is a common balcony which we enjoyed a lot. Overall a good experience.

Room was clean and good. Hotel has gym facility as well. We had lunch and dinner and it was average. They missed to keep toiletries in room which is the only drawback i noticed and i had to call and get them. Boat house and natural park is just few meters away from the hotel

Stay was excellent. Hotel was well maintained. Restaurant and food is great. Quick service, ample car park. Swimming pool was near and well maintained. Facility is at entrance of yelagiri with shops around. Staff were polite. We enjoyed our 3 day stay

Clean room & prompt room service. We recommend travellers to stay here. Room service NOT available when buffet only morning was a let off ! Pure VEG seperate Kitchen would help, though FOOD was OK. Swimming Pool was just manageable, as the water could have been kept more clean / recycled.

The check-in process was smooth and hassle free. The room is clean and tidy but the size of the room is small and cannot accommodate an extra bed. Food in the restaurant is ok types and they close the last order at 9. 30 pm. Overall a good experience and good for the family.

Subject: disappointing experience at hotel hills - yelagiri i recently stayed at hotel hills in yelagiri with my family, checking in on november 11, 2023. While the stay initially seemed promising, i encountered a deeply disappointing incident on november 12. During my outing to tourist places, i requested the receptionist to clean my room. Upon returning around 3 pm, i discovered that my iphone air-pod was missing from my backpack. This was distressing, and i promptly reported the incident to the reception. Unfortunately, the response was inadequate. I expressed my intention to file a police complaint, leading to the cleaners standing outside my room. Their presence and subsequent requests not to involve the police raised suspicions. Despite my aunt's request to avoid filing a complaint, the management's unsatisfactory response left me frustrated. Having stayed in numerous hotels throughout my career, i have never encountered such an issue. This experience compels me to provide a very unfavorable review for hotel hills.
