Heater was not working in the resort if we call the management also not giving proper response to the customers swimming pool not cleaned properly full of honey bee in the water in one room tv was not working not keeping any thing in the room for every thing we have to go reception and we should collect it but collecting high money

Old room and poor maintenance staff, no hot water. No activities only swimming pool. Roads to the property from main road is bad. Washrooms are all old not maintained well.

The room was smelling bad. Water was coming in green color with a very bad smell. For dinner only buffet was available. That was also not so good. Overall not a good experience

Basic property. Even breakfast is prepared only if we pure order. Camp fire which happens in all hill stations resorts/hotels was not there. Swimming pool was ok. Room cleanliness was good.

Rooms are very small. Washroom is not very clean. No holder at all for jet spray. Jet spray is very unhygienic. There is not even a hand wash in the washroom. Bad stay avoid

I had the pleasure of staying at kumararaja's place, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is incredibly peaceful, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Surrounded by beautiful scenery, the atmosphere is calm and serene, making it ideal for relaxation. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the attention to detail in maintaining the space was clearly evident. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of. The overall ambiance added to the comfort of my stay, and i left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and clean getaway. Would definitely love to return!

Very very bad experience, i visited twice before covid. But aug 2024 i had an very bad experience. Toilet is like a public toilet swimming pool not maintained properly without immediate payment they won't give a cup of coffee. K. Raja list the reputation

We have been at the kumarraja palace on weekend for short trip from chennai. We enjoyed swimming pool on the arrival. It was good experience, clean water. Breakfast provided with wide variety. The hotel needs to improve management and maintenance. There was not water till 8am in the morning. After complaining multiple times, they switched on motor. Water supply discontinued after 30mins.

Excellent food, calm and large open place I liked mostly. However the cost is high for the room provided. Place is little remote for those who don't have own vehicle. Otherwise my family enjoyed the trip. Thanks to MakeMyTrip 👍🏻

Hotel stay was moderate, not upto the price worth we paid. Dinner they had only buffet option, which haven't informed in the forefront. No high tea was provided, unlike most resorts provide. Otherwise stay was ok with good complementary breakfast. Have lot of photo shoot areas, but should have given an detour of their resort during check-in which would haven be en an added advantage.

Dont go on appearance of hotel photos. It is worst from inside, according to their tariff. They have some thing for attraction only but room is not good according to this, bathroom is also not good, they are not providing ac also. I got very bad experience.

Its an excellent location to have a stay with family & friends with greenery around. This hotel is bit inside from the main road, can travel only own vehicle or a cab. Food is bit costly & services provided is good. Ac rooms are well maintained & clean. It also has sufficient parking lot. But there was group who was screaming like hell during their time at swimming pool & none of the hotel members bothered to warn them. Apart from this, everything was good. We had a great stay.
