It is a nice property in the prime location of yelagiri. We faced issues with the electricity as the key card was not working and the bathroom flush was not working.

Door locks were non functional, keycard didn’t work multiple times and had to wait outside till the issue was resolved. Swimming pool maintenance is very poor. Room service was good and their responses were excellent.

Hotel stay was pleasant and comfortable. Good property with ample open space for kids. Staffs are very friendly especially the hotel manager.

Sterling yelagiri was average in terms of the stay. Food was good. Ac was not functioning properly. It seriously needs a upgrade for the amount what customer pay.

Bad property to stay

Location is good but rest all other services are bad. There is no hot water. Inf-act the water itself is dirty. Food is pathetic. Worst part is it's not even hot. Amenities are not even maintained properly. Inf-act it's not even cleaned. Nutshell it's not even a 1 star property.

Renovation was going on, parking grounds is full of grass, rain comes un expected and rain water was there in the 4th floor, there was a leakage in the restaurant, how ever employees and staff managed with available sources

Property is at a good location. Most of the new upcoming properties are also on the same street. Stay was decent. Rooms were comfortable but did not have a hair dryer by default. Bathroom definitely needs to be better done. Had a stinking issue. Activity room felt more like a filler than actually maintained. Food was alright. Not a real fine dine but could be enjoyed with family around. Staff was polite and welcoming.
