Ok. Very well layout of the hotel, excellent staff, great breakfast, dj in the evening, food spread of food and efficient checkout services. Kudos to all the hotel staff and specially to balaji who was at restaurant for taking care of guests.

I recently stayed at great trails yercaud by grit hotels for a weekend getaway and overall had a wonderful experience. The resort is located in a picturesque setting with breathtaking views of mountains, which made the entire stay feel like a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

it was absolutely incredible! from the moment i arrived, i was blown away by the breathtaking views. the resort is nestled in a stunning natural setting, surrounded by lush greenery and with panoramic vistas of the mountains. the staff went above and beyond to ensure a relaxing stay, and the amenities were top-notch – from the infinity pool overlooking the landscape to the beautifully maintained walking trails nearby.

Staffs are not catering to few requests of the guests. We are denied for every special request we asked for. While i understand that the hotel is not obligated to accommodate these but never have i come across any hotel denying to every request made without consideration.

We had booked a valley view room, it was spic k and span, valley view was awesome, great hospitality by the grit staff. Improvement areas -food and restaurant, as the restaurant had a different kind of smell, maybe because of the enclosed area.

Nice experience. Fantastic view through room. Complementary breakfast is fine. Overall experience is fantastic.
