Disappointing stay at alpenglow hotel* rating: 1/5 my recent stay at alpenglow hotel was underwhelming. The room, though basic, fell short of expectations. *issues faced* - unclean room with stained carpets and dusty furniture - poor maintenance, with broken fixtures and outdated amenities - uncomfortable bedding and pillows *rating breakdown* - cleanliness: 1/5 - maintenance: 1/5 - comfort: 2/5 - staff: 2/5 - value: 1/5 *would i recommend* unfortunately, no.
