Worst experienc

Grand hotel stays were the worst experience for my family. Room service was pathetic. Not worth the money. Room service people did not even bring tea or coffee to the room even after reminding them on a daily basis for my 4 nights stay. I paid per night including tax. Small room & stinky bathroom and broken pipes. They did not even provide towels. The only good thing was that breakfast was good. No restaurant available but they only provide breakfast. I never stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

Nearby to yercaud lake and very accessible, the rooms were good and clean, breakfast was nice and good, parking place is there, all over the hotel was a good and nice stay.

No restaurant in the hotel, tap water in the bathroom suddenly runs dry, intercom doesn't work, struggle to communicate with staff.

Average stay but not worth it

We booked superior room with bathtub but was not able use bath tub because the geyser fitted is of less than 10litr capacity n u need to wait more than 15 min to get the water hot which itself is frustrating to wait so long. Hotel needs to fit atleast 20litr geyeser. Also the tv fitted in the room is non-branded smart tv which was responding only after pressing the buttons on remote many times. The wifi speed was so poor, it was disconnecting every-time when trying to watch youtube on tv. The room and bathroom was clean and overall stay was average but not worth it for what we paid. Breakfast was good n tasty.

All employees are well deserved 5 star rating, the girl in reception, staffs, house keeping, room personal security a clean 5 star rating such an young age but well organised and polite behaviour.

The room did not have towels 🙄. The complimentary breakfast was a confusion fest with waiting for one or the other item, including plates, being the norm. The dining area is congested, hence crowded, and could have been very uncomfortable, if not for the weather of Yercaud. The saving grace is the proximity of the property to the lake.

Poor Stay

Hotel doesn't have in house restaurant and doesn't provide food other times except breakfast if that is in your tarrif. We were not aware of it and in the night we had to rush outside immediately for food for our baby and somehow we managed to get something outside otherwise it would have been disaster. There are more problems here but i'll stop here.

Costly

Hospitality of the entire staffs were good. The location is very close to lake and easy to access all major site seeing places from here. The rooms cost will be high. Morning breakfast not included. Night 3 times powercut ac not working.

Pleasant and accessible location. Spacious rooms with all basic needs from ac, electric kettle to toileteries. Camp fire with music was good. Saravana bhavan located 2 min walk away from the premise resolves the only con of not having in house restaurant. Indoor games are fair enough if staying with kids.

Firstly the location of the hotel grand Sqaure is easily accessible and nearby to the lake and other restaurants.. Secondly the rooms very quite big and neatly maintained… Hospitality was great… Parking space is quite adequate and nearby to the rooms… There is no restaurant within the hotel, so you need to look for food options outside only, but there are many restaurants nearby within walking distance…
