The place has a very vintage rustic charm. Beautiful interiors and serene surroundings and easy accessibility to the main town. However, the food options and cleanliness can be improved.

The stay at indeco lake front was overall dissatisfying completely. Even though the property is huge and is amid-st nature, the maintenance is pretty bad and the to pay such a high price for the estate suite rooms, felt there is no value for the money we are spending. Firstly, the rooms seemed shabby, with the furnitures broken at places, the plug points barely working and even the water coming out of the bathroom tap was dirty and brown in colour. I understand that there is a vintage feel to the rooms but not at the expense of rather turning the experience into a bad one and making it difficult to stay. Secondly, the restaurant that the hotel had, the taste and make of the food was average, we ordered 2 sandwiches and coffee, even though the coffee was still drinkable, the food seemed stale and the filling of the sandwich was only mayonnaise and no other ingredients. Even the morning complimentary breakfast was below our expectations, with hardly any options and the taste being mediocre. There were idlis that were watery, sambar vada that was cold and chewy, the dosa was not crunchy and had no option of adding masala filling, and to top it all, the restaurant said that we can only have one choice of egg whichever is available at the breakfast table, and to have an omelette or a poached egg is chargeable. In my all these years of staying at various resorts and hotels, have never come across this level of bad quality hospitality and service. Lastly, it may be the discretion of the hotel administration but to charge 30% for room service is exorbitant and absolutely not justified, it is like demanding from the customers a 5-star equivalent money but offering a service not even worth of a regular hotel, not to forget the dilapidated condition of the games room and the gaming items of carrom, air hockey, table tennis etc. That was available for leisure. To conclude, would never recommend this stay to anyone known and can only hope they improve by taking in the feedback provided. Not seeing the review i have written on mmt

It was good and the room was so elegant and authentic which reminded me the olden days. The hospitality of the staffs was good the food was great like home cooked.

Geaser was not working. They shifted the room but the heater had only little hot water.

Location - good infra of resort - good rooms - poor. Old smell and dark rooms with haunting feeling. Not pleasant. Kindly modernize the rooms. Walking up and down is not comfortable. Need some elevator setup. Price - very high. Not that worth. Food - good service - very good. Especially the in-house restaurant.

The property was good, but the condition of the rooms were not great for the money we paid. There were dead cockroaches, dirty toilets and not very clean rooms. Food was average.

This property has no power backup once power is off then we should be in dark room. And in restroom there is no light. The property must see to it

Indeco resort is great for stay and explore the all the site seeing places of Yercaud. polite staff, great food and cool and breezy ambience. the hotel is Anglo Indian style by architecture and gives the feel of antique furnitures, lifestyle and vibes. I would literally rate 5/5 and do definitely considering it for stay.

The stay is good, very nice ambience, serene one, property architecture is excellent. Only problem us food service. They charge 30 % higher for room service. Restaurant service is ok. But they asked as order ala karte only from buffet, not reasonable

We came to indeco lake forest on a family trip for one day the location of the resort is very convenient. It is near to the lake and still quite secluded. The checkin process was fast and easy. No hassles. The frontdesk manager is friendly and accommodated our last minute requests too (senior citizen related. The property is big, lush green and beautiful. All the bungalows are victorian style and give a nostalgic and warm vibe. The service was good. There was an open area where wood fired pizzas were served in the evening along with bonfire. While the setting was awesome, the pizzas themselves could have been a lot better. Restaurant food was above the average mark. Overall, a good experience. Can come again for the ambience
