Stay was ok at la four. Cleaniless part has to be taken care of. Especially bathroom cleaniless. Very bad stained toilet seat cover. Bathroom waste basket with a broken foot pedal with just a rusted metal rod in its place. Bathroom towels and bed linen were stained. Quilt cover is not being changed. Resort ambience is excellent. Off from hustles of town. Food spread is good. Tasty food. Extra beds were provided. I don't want this review to be made public

Overall experience was good for us. Great location and ambiance- if you love to stay in a quiet corner away from the hustle and bustle with some nature - this is a good spot. Postives: we had sufficient hot water, spacious rooms friendly staff and room service quiet neighbourhood wifi was decent. The dinner we ordered was good and served quickly. Nearest tourist spot - shevaroy’s hill top and karidyur view point( the cleanest and well maintained place managed by the locals. The other good view point was the don bosco retreat centre. Only downside (for us) was the quality of the linen and the rooms needed some fresh air due to wet weather conditions and was musty.

Overall resort looked good. Turn downs were - no parking facility, rooms & swimming pool was not very clean.

Stayed with my family. Rooms were furnished well. Food was good and all the tribal food items were excellent. Rooms were well arranged with lot of places to spend time. Magic show which was arranged was very good and entertaining. Pool wasn’t very big but adequate when only few members were in it. Only parking wasn’t available but since it was a dead end we could park outside the property. Overall an excellent stay for a premium price.

Stay and service was really good but it could be better if they focus on other activities like shuttle court or basketball ball court or cricket net within the property now a days i could see all the resorts focusing on amenities for guests so you have to improve your standards

Average resort. Over priced, no car parking, property is in a remote area. Food is average. Not recommended for children’s and senior citizens. We booked for two nights we were unable to stay the next day so checked out immediately. Not happy with the stay. The staff is friendly and courteous. Other than that nothing great there. I am not going back there again.

This property have a good ambience but not a safe for very small kids and elderly. Because it has very sloppy and a hilly terrain.

Luxury resort? far from it. Very basic amenities that are easily available in any hotel room were missing. The maintenance of bathrooms & rooms needs attention. Be careful of the swings, hammocks etc in the resort. I almost broke my back when a hammock gave way while i tried to sit on it. The plus point is the decent food.

Exotic location, nice swimming pool, rooms were incredibly spacious, service was excellent, food was ok, can be little better. Books and kids play area was good, fire camp was nice, good magic show.

Comfortable and fun for family, excellent staff at reception and restaurant, nice breakfast buffet, only issue is no reception for airtel, resort offers wifi everywhere, kids will love this place, could not use pool since water is cold( non heated pool, i lost the room key, staff helped within 1 hour to open the room, found the key in sky park the next day( all searches, calls and collection done by resort staff, no extra charges. Reception has few fun games like carrots, archery, chess, fuzz ball, library, etc, extra umbrellas, cycles available for trekking. Surly helpful during season

It was a 3 day trip to yercaud and we chose la four seasons for our stay. It is a beautiful property located amid-st a forest and can be easily located. Staff is always helpful & courteous, and common facilities are very nice. Children can find different ways to engage themselves with a small library and various games provided. Food is very tasty and a lot of local / tribal variations are given in the menu. There was a campfire organized in the night as well. One area where they can definitely improve is the cleanliness in the room. The bed sheets, window curtains, towels etc are not in the best standard you expect from a 4 star resort.
