Overall very good stay food is very good and location is very good ambiance is good staff service also good

My stay was good (only premium and above rooms. It has lots of open space and trees and plants which makes you feel staying in midst of jungle. Night bonfire party and fire show was very good. Breakfast is average. Rooms below premium are not good at all for the price we pay. First we have booked superior room, but colouring of the wall has faded out, rooms looked like 2 or 3 star property. In premium rooms also sofas and chairs had stain marks, but rooms and washrooms were well maintained in premium rooms. Property lacks maintenance like lots of outdoor lights are not working, hotel entry road is not properly maintained, hotel reception area can be more beautified like removing the unused window glasses collection, water drinking put a machine, more plants and statues inside etc. These small differences make 3 or below star property from 4 or 5 star property.

The blanket provided on 1st day was torn & even bedsheet didn’t appeared to be fresh from laundry. As we checked in late & were tired, we did not pay much attention to it. Next day after informing the reception, blanket was changed & the new bedsheet looked clean. After paying such high room price, this is not acceptable at all. Apart from this, breakfast was good. Service was good. Property is nice overall.

That sounds like a fantastic place for families to enjoy! the combination of a good atmosphere, a campfire, and a children's play area creates a perfect environment for both relaxation and fun. Is it a local spot you frequent, or are you thinking of visiting one like it.

We stayed 3 nights and the stay was excellent. Activity like camp fire, fire play and dance were well organised by the hotel staffs. But the room service must be improved. The complimentary breakfast is ok but paid menu in the restaurant was very worst. The resort's location, ambience and rooms are awesome. Totally it is best place to relax and enjoy with family. Don't miss pols try this place at-least one time if u visit yercaud.

Rest room door not locked and proper. First day commitment but no response lot of time change room no response extra payment pay to ready no response

The resort was good, the staff were very polite and supportive, and the welcome drink was served, the room was big and the only draw back was wifi/network range not available, they informed me within 2 months it will be extended. Complementary camp fire was arranged.

Nice view and friendly receptionist. It wasn't so clean, and we noticed a dead cockroach in the bedroom. Breakfast was good. Only one bathroom has a heater.

Yes, we had a pleasant stay. Staffs are very kind and pleasing. Location and the property is fine. Breakfast is good but lunch and dinner is not good as most of the dishes mentioned in the menu are not available. This place is most suitable only for young couples and hangout place with friends and not suited for family with elderly parents and children as they don’t have south indian dishes for lunch and dinner

Pros : hotel location excellent. Inside room facilities were good. Complementary breakfast was excellent. The staff were courteous. Cons: the room given was in the basement with door facing a wall slightly worrisome especially for couple, family.

Room is smelling and the set up box remote is not available in the room. I asked reception to provide the remote until my check out didn’t received the remote.
