Rooms were good. But service was average! the issue of the hotel is their reception is at 5th floor. If your room is at 8th floor, then you need to go to 5th first to settle the bills and then go down to ground floor to depart! food and breakfast are also average. One thing i do not understand, as the whole property is non smoking, why they have not mentioned / highlighted the same on mmt!

We stayed in room no 918 on the 9th floor, while the room was ok it was definitely not the city view one (the choice made while booking) and the worst part was the toilet. The shower was broken, the basin tap was not working properly and there was lukewarm water instead of hot water in the shower. The only good thing was the restaurant staff.

The stay was good the duty manager was helpful i forgot his name and the ranjit and sakshi from housekeeping was helpful. The only thing i miss there is the cleanliness of the room and corridor and property need to do maintenance work to maintaining the room and hotel public area conditions

The food and staff behaviour was good but the reason why i am rating this at 3 star is because after checking in, i was informed i will not be allowed to use pool as it’s booked for 2 days for some wedding / function. It’s a pity as they didn’t mention this while booking the rooms. Plus due to this wedding/function there was loud music played on roof top at least till 12 midnight which didn’t allow me to sleep well as my room was just one floor down. I complained about this to reception, they were very quick to acknowledge this concern politely but nothing really changed. If the hotel has such rooftop functions booked, they should avoid giving top floors room to other guests. Overall, i had booked this premium hotel to relax which unfortunately couldn’t happen.

The property is very conveniently located on the main highway yet away from the hustle bustle. It has a sipping arcade right next door with brands like tanishq, reliance etc. The lobby and the reception is vast. The rooms are big and well maintained. The housekeeping is very cordial. Services are good. The breakfast and dinner spread can net better. Otherwise we had a wonderful cozy and a relaxing stay here.

It was worth a stay. Elegantly furnished interiors, comfy beds, spotlessly clean bathroom. There was a small treat for us on the diwali day. The staff are not at all intimidating or eager for tip.

My stay was pretty good. The team was very responsive and catered to our requirements. The hotel is well maintained and service is top class. Rooms were spacious and tastefully designed. I stayed with my family and it was a comfortable stay. The dinner at the restaurant was very good. Buffet breakfast choices were also great. I will surely visit again. Thankyou
