A terrible experience.

Stayed at this property during my official trip to chandigarh. I had a very bad experience. I reached late around 11:00 pm and there was no arrangement for food as the kitchen had already closed. Thanks to the reception staff that they allowed outside food but there was no cutlery (spoon, plate) or anything to eat the stuff properly. Despite being cold, the gyser was not working at night though it was turned on in the morning. Also. There were cockroaches in the room walking freely on the bed and the walls. Overall a terrible experience. Would not recommend. this property was definitely not worth the money!

We had requested in advance that we need city view rooms. Same was not honored at checkin and were given worst possible view at the back side. Moreover the place is not clean anymore. I have stayed here multiple times and seen the service deteriorate.

Amazing stay with best swimming pool

Amazing stay, good food options in breakfast but the best thing was the swimming pool experience. Washrooms should be more clean is all one feedback that i have.

They gave us room with a broken lock. The room was out of order.

Receptionist girl gave us out of order room, the lock was damaged and after 10 mins of check in a house keeping boy came directly as he was not aware the room is given by receptionist, its really very unsafe from safety side. How come staff not updated about out of room. And also they have some problem with their water, i had a skin infection after that.

nice place to stay. near to all markets including sector 17 market itself and sector 22 market is also very nearby.....staff behaviour and their service was excellent.... five star rating to this hotel 👍👍👍

This is an old hotel, but in a good location directly on the zirakpur highway. Food is super expensive, all dishes (veg) are approx 400 and above. The ambience is ok good for business travellers, but you can find better hotels in this range

Pool and ac issues

The ac buttons are not working through out the night. At first they were allowing beer near by the swimming pool and the other day around saying the opposite that it’s not allowed in the pool premises. Didn’t understand what kind of management is this. Although the kitchen staff and pool maintenance guy behaviour is very good

The check in was smooth and the stay was pleasant. Overall its worth it. Location was also good. The swimming pool was not opened. Other than that it was good.

They are not providing toiletries like Dental Kit, Shaving Kit, slippers etc. including hand towels etc. I made a complaint at the front desk then they told that We do provide these things after the request of the customer.

Air conditioner is the main problem in this hotel. They should solve this.
