Very low quality room with no ventilation. Washroom with no exhaust fan. Food timings very awkward. Lift stuck several times.

Very close to nh4 highway. I stayed here 2 nights before continuing my journey from srinagar to delhi. I got off nh4 from rajpura(pujab) and got back on at ambala(haryana. Nice and helpful staff(although slightly slow sometimes. Good rooms and food(i had breakfast. Not a fancy place, but a very good value-for-money place.

It was a wonderful experience. Very neat and clean room. Perfect location. Airport is hardly taking 10 mins. Hotel staff is also very supportive.

Front room is road facing. With lots of noice of cars/trucks and backside room doesnt have windows. Rooms are not comfortable and i didnt liked it at all.

Good stay with parking and helpful staff. Clean room and hot water 24 hours. Location is next to highway which is a plus if you are driving own vehicle.

We came with kids and informed them and they upgraded the stay to super delux. The location is also nearby to airport. The owner and the staff piyush was very helpful and accomodative. Now coming to the worst part, we had to leave early at 4 am to catch flight. They do not have lift and our room was kn 2 nd floor and no one helped us with the luggage carrying. With the infant we had to bring all luggages down by ourself. The manager there is worst. He said we do not have anyone to help between 11pm to 7 am. He could have helped us but he did not touch any luggages and we had to do all this with an infant sleeping on our lap. He was not having a human nature seems like. So advice here is stay there if you ar not coming or leaving between 11pm to 7 am.

Firstly good things, room was spacious and clean. Washroom was also big enough and clean. No complaints for that. They said that food service is available in room but i didn't tried as i didn't stay overnight. Now coming to things that i didn't like. Ac was not working, i asked for it, they said that currently electricity cut so not working, by the time i left hotel it didn't work. As there was no ventilation, without ac it becomes little suffocating. Secondly, staff was not a trained one in a sense of how to do a good communication with guest. Experienced nothing bad about staff, but that communication improves confidence among guest if done right.

The rooms were clean including toilet but service to be improved. They did not even help to move the luggages. Food was decent but no side dish was offered for the fried rice.
