The money they charge was not worth it the washroom was terrible and there was too much noise in the room so it was not good

We were terribly shocked throughout our experience of staying with hotel carnival. As the night progressed, the service and quality kept dropping. 1. We arrived at 8pm at night. Had a lot of baggage. I went inside to ask for help but nobody came until they saw my trolley bag falling down while i was carrying it. 2. The room allocated was already open. Sheets were dirty, bathroom had no toilet paper, no towels for two people, air exhaust made a lot of noise. Room was overly sprayed with room freshener that was unbearable. 3. Room service was slow. We also ordered a pizza which was not cooked properly at the same time it was cold and we received it after 1. 5hrs. 4. No proper hot water in the morning. Overall, not happy with the money paid.

Had to stay here during transit to shimla. Staff is really courteous and very friendly. Hotel is at good location. Rooms are very small and thanks to the reception to upgrade us to premium room. Premium room was equally congested, bathroom water was leaking. Service of food is extremely slow and pathetic. For just a glass of hot water it took them 2 hrs. Food was very average and delivered after significant delay. They do not have pantry or restaurant and food has be in the room. Telephone in the room was not working as well. Overall except good staff, this hotel lacks in all the aspects.

Rooms were decent, could be better since stayed overnight only hence was fine. Food ordered was fine but quantity too less for the price charged

One of good property i stayed till date. The greenery around the property is like awesome. The hospitality was good. We wanted a late check out and they agreed without charging extra money. Rooms were spacious.
