Terrible Stay

Hi team, i booked 4 deluxe rooms in hotel hashtag through makemytrip for 31st night but when we checked in they gave only 2 deluxe rooms and 2 semi deluxe rooms were given. Those rooms were congested. When i told the hotel management to give rooms which were booked, they denied and told me to either cancel my booking or stay in the rooms given. I had no other option but to stay in those rooms. We were group of 11 people and the hotel staff was very rude and they are doing fraud

Worst hotel staff

They denied our booking as they said rooms are not available. Our booking was confirmed although. Staff there told us makemytrip staff is mental. They don't know if the rooms are available or not. Then they shifted us to other low standard hotel.

No safety standard

It was family stay, location was good Hotel services and staff behavior was excellent, Hotel was clean, room and washroom was very clean and comfortable, safety and security was excellent, ambiances and amenities was also very good. Overall it was a good stay. Suggested to all.

Need to improve in the service part

Location of the Hotel was good. The staff behavior was so-so, they were not very attentive. The room was not pretty good, but satisfactory.

Need to change their mindset towards guests

Poor Hotel condition. They provide service as per the money paid by the guests. They should give same treatment to every guest and not be partial. Not much appreciable breakfast. Location was near to Airport. Just not liked the maintenance and behavior of staff.
