The front desk staff were unhelpful and dismissive. When i raised concerns about the cleanliness and asked for assistance, they acted as though i was inconveniencing them.

Worst stay ever no staff available no hot water no management and rooms are in very poor conditions.

Room was bad as shown in the picture. Broken wardrobe, stains on the wall. Menu card oily. No water supply in the room. Terrible smell in the room. 1 st impression, found no one on the reception. While entering to the lift. I can see the kitchen room, on the floor water was spilled the first impression was very bad. They upgraded my room but it looks like cheap hotel. Over all experience was very bad. The length wise bed was small, i am 5’7” height but my foot was going out from the bed. Pathetic experience.

Worst experience, worst staff. Room walls are dirty, tv is not working. Not a single chair in room. Food was not good. Did not deliver breakfast even i had booked room with breakfast. Irresponsible staff and worst services.

Hotel staff was very polite and good. Room was in good condition, with comfortable and clean furniture. Overall good place to stay if you are coming to this area. PS: This is a genuine feedback 👌and not paid😅

Nice stay with good service and full hygiene. The conference hall is very well maintained and fully equipped. I stayed here for a corporate meeting. Good spacious rooms and mouth watering food.

Amazing hotel in zirakpur. Excellent location and warm hospitality. Decent staff behaviour and pleasant environment. Delicious food served. Overall superb management.

The washroom didn’t have any kind of equipment for use and also they didn’t serve food before 6 pm. The experience was very bad. We had to wait a lot just to get the orders we made.

The stay was average, food charges are very high and room service is not that good because i called them 3-4 times for cleaning my room after that they cleaned my room 4-5 hours later

hotel manager was very rude, the room was just ok not properly cleaned, there was lot of cigarette smell coming from bathroom, even after complaint nothing was resolved.

Hotel and room is well maintained with all the amenities. Property is located right on the highway so it is easy to reach chandigarh airport. Very helpful staff and overall had a pleasant stay at hotel sivila.

While booking the room in this hotel, i was expecting a good stay. Everything was good at the start but when it comes to food, horrible experience. They don't have anything that is written on the menu. Every time when i order something, there is only one response not available. I think management should bring their attention to this because if someone is travel-ling from a long way and they don't get the food i think that’s horrible.
