Stay and swrvice was excellent. Rooms including the washroom were maintained well and of corporate standard. The only concern was outside open public parking.

Overall good place to stay but their general manager is rude in behavior

Overall experience of our stay was good in superia grand zirakpur. Everything about the hotel was good except their general manager rude behavior. It was clean, stylish, roomy with good service in where we had dinner specially ms. Pooja was super helpful, dine in manager was also good and was very much attentive to the needs to the guest. Food was good and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Felt short of support / empathy towards me as a regular cust

Felt the hotel staff including the managers were short of empathy towards me as a regular customer. Had a total block on attitude so much they were not even willing to hear out the request that i wanted to put across. I have taken this as a learning and accepted that most service industry come up purely as a money making unit, and has nothing to do with thier customers need or request.

Hotel is located in main market, there is no specific parking space so you will have to find parking below hotel. Rooms are nice. But nobody picks calls after 11 pm, so in case you need anything you will have to take a round trip downstairs. Breakfast was good. Overall experience is okay. But we smelled smoke in our bathroom for which we complained but nobody did anything. Things can be improved. Overall average experience.
