Experience is good. I really want to appreciate the room service staff at night, the one who was handling the call and the service boy. Food and location both were amazing. There can be improvement in day time front office staff with customer handling.

Very bad hotel the staff is so lazy the reception are rude the breakfast was supposed to be from 7. 30 am but nothing was kept till 8 am we had to leave without having our tea as our stay included breakfast the rooms and bathroom are not maintained i give 1 out of 5 for this hotel

Almost perfect with location, comfort, service and good food

It was my family's second stay in Hotel Vintage, and the family again appreciated the value for money we got from this property. The room was clean, the staff is very helpful and polite, the restaurant is good. The location is the highlight - right on the main Ambala-Chandigarh road, with so many shops like 24X7 etc in the same building - this hotel is perfect if you are looking for a stay in Zirakpur. Useless 4 star hotel.

This hotel have 5 floors and they provided me room in the back where there is no window or sunlight. When i enquired for the room in the front for road view they simply denied stating all rooms are full. Also they denied for my request of my late checkout.

The location of the hotel is excellent for guests coming from delhi side. It is right on the u turn of the highway, so it is easier to drive towards both sides. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. The toilets are neat and clean. However there is a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the toilet. Bed mattress and linen is neat and clean. Car park in basement is also good. Overall a nice place.

This hotel is located in main area highway reception is good and infra is also good but maitneance is horrible, mosquitos are high and no mosquito repellemt kept after after sleep diaturbed by midnight ask them tonorovide then they provided, heater switched half after 1 am automatically. Maitennace care and comfort for sleep is to be done
