House keeping was pathetic. Room service below average. Washroom not proper cleaned. Floor not cleaned.

Location of hotel is good. Staff and front desk is cooperative. I used the gym. Gym is well equipped. Neat and clean. Particularly gym trainer mr. Gurpreet is supportive and cooperative. Helped me to do my regular workout. Thanks a lot

Room service was not good, called reception at least 10 times and they have not picked up my call. Breakfast quality also dropped. When i stayed last time it was very good but now it was not up to standard. I changed the room as well this time bcz washroom shower gel and shampoo was in filled in bottle and hair dryer was also not available.

The property is good but definitely not 5 star. There was reservation problem. We had mentioned we are coming with kids but they were offering us either twin beds or normal beds on smoking floor. Thanks to mr. Abhishek, who arranged a room and had us shifted at around 7pm, rescuing our plans a little bit. Still i expect better from a radisson brand hotel.

It was a comfortable stay at park plaza zirakpur. We have stayed there earlier also. This was our 3rd or 4th time. Staff was courteous and polite. As we are very particular about food, we found healthy options in the breakfast menu also. Overall it was very nice

The stay was average it's not a 5 star property it seems 4 star. The buffet breakfast variety is so less as compared to 5 star property. Service was very slow. I was booked a king size bed but they told me to adjust for a twin bed. That was really cheap.

I booked for a king sized bed but all rooms were full.they asked me to wait for 1 hour official check in time was 2 pm. I reached there around 1230 pm still after half hour waiting I have to compromise for twin bed room reception staff was not professional and was rude in behaviour. They were not polite...in rooms tv was not properly working and even water bottle was chargeable from room dining

Manager - bhupendra was untrained and he should take proper training than should serve his services, assured them that will not stay anymore with their hotel!
