Not very great as we checkin 10 pm and room was not ready by that time. Which hotel doesn't have hotel room ready in midnight.

Excellent room and amenities. Very neat and clean property. Only the breakfast was not up to the mark. Food was too spiced and tasted bad.

Was a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend everyone to try this hotel out. Room was good and cozy. Food was good too.

It was good, air conditioning was an issue. Minimum temp was 22. C but the quilt was very heavy, so when we were using that we were feeling uncomfortable and when we were not using that, than we were feeling cold. So need to look into that. I do not have that

My experience was average. First of all, they denied the check-in and said there was no booking confirmation. We had to wait there for 1-2 hours. Then i had to call makemytrip to resolve the issue. It was a very embarrassing moment for me. You pay such a large amount in advance, and they said there was no booking at all. I had to argue there among all those people.

Horrible as the washroom had leakages and the room wasn't upto the mark. It was a standby room and not a guest room. Even the hand jets were a trauma.

It's a beautiful premium property. Rooms are spacious and well laid out. Hospitality is stupendous. The restaurants and cafe serve tasty food. Clean, hygienic and luxurious place. Definitely coming back again.

Room was not properly clean, bed sheet size was inadequate to cover the mattress. Chair in the room got marks. Bathroom lighting or even dressing light is not well lit if someone has to get ready for function. No hair dryer. So on
