Very poor facility management, very unhygienic, lunch and dinner they don't provide, they can only provide breakfast after 9:00 a. M. Because cook comes @9am, but if you order outside of the hotel, hotel they will also not provide to reheat your food, terrible experience, they only clean if you tell them to clean the room otherwise no cleaning services they provided by them.

Location was ok. But bathroom was dirty. Bedsheets n pillow cover was dirty. Mattress was in bed confirmation. Every thing was not mentioned

Property location is fine. The housekeeping service is a bit poor as the batjroom was stinking and room was dusty.

Staff was friendly, room were small and without any ventilation. Bathroom had a weird chemical like smell throughout. Location is fine-as u can get public transport easily. Breakfast was nice.

The hotel is just at walking distance to the main highway, room was okay but not very well maintained, room space was good, i hadnt ordered food so i dont know about it, its average hotel for me

Hotel's kitchen was kind of irregular as in during my stay i had to order some of the meals from outside. One of the hotel staff also behaved a bit rudely. I told him that you could be a bit more polite in refusing my request but he kept arguing with me. Other hotel staffs were good. Rooms were okay.

Not a good experience at all with the hotel as the hotel manager and staff behaviour was rude and not helpful at all and rooms were also not clean

Its very safe, location is okay fine. Staff is very good rooms are neat and clean. Food isn't that good. Overall it's a gud hotel for 1 or 2 nights.

The room description did not match the actual room. Although rooms are neat and clean, bathrooms are spacious, and amenities are good, even superior rooms are very small and appear congested. Ultimately, i had to take a family suit. Services were ok. Management was friendly in behavior.

Quite and decent

It's 10 metres from the main road and that makes the difference in night sleep with no disturbance from highway traffic and late horns. Biggest of all they maintained it well and have also taken care of the kind of crowd that comes in which sometimes becomes embarrassing.

The hotel didn't matched any standards as expected. No ventilation in the room, quilt, towel, bedsheets everything was dirty. No utilities like water cattle. Dusting not done. Many other issues
