It was a very bad experience with golden plaza, 1. The front desk executive had no manners to attend the guest/client, he behaved like illiterate. 2. There was a very bad smell in the room and floor and wash room was broken. 3. Even there was no anything in washroom to get ready, when i asked for that they provided with misbehaving. I recommend never to stay here.

Rooms had bad odour. Breakfast service in the second floor restaurant was poor ! zameer in the restaurant was very inhospitable. Front desk people (don’t know his name, was in gray suit ) equally rude !

It was pathetic stay over there. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Ac was not working. Cigarette smell was all over. Yaaaaaaaaaaakkk

the stay in hotel was mind blowing and superb ,moreover staff of hotel was very cooperative, service of hotel was superb, rooms are very specious ac is superb, breakfast is excellant, rooms and toilets are very neet and clean.infact the price of one day and night in this 4 star hotel is very very economic... special thanks to reception manager mr nitesh kumar, who's services, assurance and cooperative behaviour is really excellant and mr nitesh's subordinate mr ravi's services are very nice. over all the stay in this hotel is very cool and calm and location is best and its really mind blowing... 🙏🙏🙏🙏

लोकेशन bahot बढ़िया। सर्विस भी बहोत अच्छी थी। स्टाफ बहुत को ऑपरेटिव था। फूड भी टेस्टी था। स्पेशली ब्रेकफास्ट की क्वालिटी बधियाब्थी। अफसोस ये बाटका है के ११th october ko वहा पर रूम खाली नहीं है। हमे तब एक रूम चाहिए था।

Hotel is ideally located on nh5 at tri junction of chandigarh, panchkula and zirakpur. The property is decent with all facilities like gym, spa, restaurant and conference hall. Rooms are very well maintained and housekeeping is outstanding. I feel property is under rated and under priced. It has almost all qualities and upkeep as of any five star hotel in area less swimming pool but with discount of mm t it's very very reasonably priced. The food is awesome and cheap. The property is collocated with mall and one can directly enter mall which has domino's, burger king and large number of other good restaurants.
