Very rude and cheap staff night shift totally non cooperative and rigid. . Had to leave at 2 am in the night to look for another hotel.

Hotel room was good. Food was good. Tv did not work so i asked the reception who said that they have informed housekeeping but nobody came to look into the problem. I asked 3 times in my 2 days stay but nobody came and then i checked out of the hotel.

I had a wonderful time at velvet clarks exotica, zirakpur. The hospitality was really good. The rooms were neat, clean and very spacious along with every basic necessities. Although, there was a little disturbance outside of people coming back and forth at late night and particularly of kids screaming in the corridor but inspite of this i had a wonderful time.

The hotel needs renovation. The bed sheets were stained and unclean. The washroom was stinking. The drawers were opening up again and again. The rooms are very large but they are not properly maintained.

Booked for one night stay for a business trip including breakfast and dinner. The location and food are bad. Rooms are ok but fraying at the edges. Service is fine the hotel primarily caters to weddings. Not great for a business trip

Food was delicious, staff are professional and polite. Room are neat and clean. Property access is easy and convenient. Bar service with complimentary is excellent. There is very good housekeeping and sourroindibgs are pleasant.

We were travelling since morning and was looking for a place for night hault. We booked Velvet Clark's exotica thinking it’s a brand and we would have a peaceful sleep. After reaching hotel at 10pm, check in was smooth. After reaching the room we tried to order something simple (dal n chawal) to eat but the lady from room service was very rude she said they don’t have time to take any order and disconnected the call. Despite coming to a well known property we had to order food from outside. Later we realised at 12 midnight AC was not working properly. I was tired and was half asleep as we were driving since morning 7am non stop and had to catch early morning flight. They said fixing the issue will take time so better we change the room. To which we denied and ask them to fix the issue. I mean pathetic service from a well known brand. We just went there for simple food and good sleep. pls don’t waste your hard earned money.

Hotel is located next to gighway on prime spot. Also the room has a lot of space and amenities. Overall very nice and cozy stay.

Cozy rooms. Neat and clean. Good room service. Was opposite to ramada where i had my conference so was easy to locate. Will highly recommend tp stay

Food quality was average as such no amenities are available like pool, gym, kids play area etc. Location is ok as they have ample parking area.

The property is fine. The response of the staff is so good and very instant. But the food was not so good and even the variety of food is less.

The location is in zirakpur and nearby to all big hotels near to the airport. We reached around 4 hrs late only to find the rooms were not yet ready. You may find cleanliness issues here. We got superior rooms which are quite spacious and comfortable. Washrooms are also quite big. There are very frequent power cuts which results in complete dark and resumes in few seconds. The room key (card) gets deactivated at 12 pm sharp even if the stay is more than a day. I would not recommend to ask the hotel reception about places to visit, you may not get exact details. Breakfast menu is good but not so much elaborated as compared to 4 star hotels. They wish you happy journey on your checkout day with a cake which i found a nice gesture. The hotel staff are soft spoken and courteous and tries to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. But few things are expected when you prebook a hotel. Overall okay.
